Shipping Policy
Processing time is about 2-5 business days after your order is
placed on the website.
Once the order is processed you will receive an email with your
tracking number.
All packages are sent via USPS First Class (3 to 5 days to arrive)
depending on their traffic.
Customer must provide the correct postal address when placing
the order.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or
undelivered packages. In case that we have a situation with the
Postal Service we will proceed with the claim with the customer
collaboration.
Return Policy
Your order is eligible for a return or exchange, no more than 7
days after delivery or after the Pick Up Date in order to qualify for an exchange or return. Your item must be unworn and in the
same condition that you received it with the original tag on.
No changes or returns will be accepted in swimsuits or
accessories.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an
email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We
will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and if we don't have the item on stock a credit will automatically be applied to your gift card.
